We had a GREAT experience working with OregonHomesByOwner. We sold our house in a little over 2 months (it would have been faster if we had done everything right from the beginning). In this tough market, if you are motivated and can do some leg work, you can do better than a full-service agent can do for you. (We put out flyers 5 at a time to make sure they didn't disappear at the same time; we baked cookies and turned on the A/C before each showing. These small details make a difference.) Norm did much more than other flat-fee agents do, in terms of marketing and service (speedy responses to questions and requests to make changes).
