Oregonhomesbyowner.com LLC will be happy to provide you with a Listing and Sales Market Activity Report (MAR), coordinate Broker Price Opinions(BPO's), Comparative Market Analysis(CMA's) or an Appraisal of your home. Please complete the information request specifying what type of property evaluation you desire and we refer you to appropriate professional in you area.
Our Fees:
- Market Activity Reports(MAR's):
One free at the time of listing your property. This report shows Active Listings, Pending and Closed sales, but does not suggest a price for your home. You can request additional MAR's during your listing for a fee of $20.00.
- BPO's and CMA's***:
$60.00 to $100.00 per evaluation. This evaluation is designed to assist you in determining the best list price for your home prior to listing. You will receive and opinion of value and suggested list price range
- Licensed Appraisal:
We will be happy to coordinate a formal appraisal of your property. Appraisal fees are determined by type of property and location. We will contact you with a price prior to start of appraisal.
*** Please note MARs, BPOs, and CMAs are not appraisals, if you need the opinion of a Licensed Appraiser please be specific in your request. Appraisals do not guarantee your home will sell for that exact amount.
