MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE
(RMLS Oregon and Washington):
RMLS is the primary Multiple Listing Service for many areas of Oregon and S.W. Washington, in addition they offer secondary service throughout both states.
Our base fee includes:
1. 16 photo's (maximum allowed).
2. Our website/company name on all listings to help direct potential buyers to your contact information directly**.
**RMLS does not allow seller information to be viewed directly by the public, contact information is only available to Brokers or through our website.
Realtor.com "SHOWCASE ENHANCEMENTS":
Besides the Local MLS Realtor.com is considered to be the number one website buyers use to locate homes both in and out of their local area. Our "SHOWCASE ENHANCEMENTS" allow:
1. Up to 25 photo's on Realtor.com
2. additional text describing the property. Up to 2000 characters (MLS only allows 380 characters).
3. Virtual or Video Tours (see below)
Oregonhomesbyowner.com does not charge additional fees for these services.
FREE OPEN HOUSE DIRECTORY:
Listing Partners can add Open houses to the website as often as they want. Option paid Open House available for RMLS, Realtor.com and other sites.
FREE VIRTUAL/VIDEO TOURS AND LINKS:
If have a virtual/video tour or website of your home we will link it to RMLS and Realtor.com free of charge.
1. Tours must be through an approved Realtor.com tour provider.
2. Tours cannot contain any personal or direct contact information.
**See Optional services for non-approved tour providers. Oregonhomesbyowner.com can create an approved tour for a minimal fee.

OPTIONAL SERVICES:
PAID OPEN HOUSE PLACEMENT:
We can place your open houses on RMLS, Realtor.com, Trulia and other websites through our marketing assistance program.
TRANSACTION ASSISTANCE:
Buyers or Sellers needing help with their real estate transaction have a choice. We can provide minimal sales consultation for a flat fee of $250.00 to $500.00 or refer you to a full service Broker willing to help you through every step of the process for a fee of 1% to 1.5% of the final sales/purchase price.
PROFESSIONAL TOOLS
Our marketing tools section offers Keysafes, Custom Signs, Flyer Boxes, and other tools or tips usually reserved for the pros. Will be available through our website within the next 60 days. We have companies who make custom signs with photo?s and a brief description of your home for buyers to see when they drive by.
MARKETING AND ADVERTISING ASSISTANCE:
We can help you get the maximum exposure for your listing. For $125.00/month plus the cost of paid advertisements. We will coordinate all your marketing and advertising, post your property on free websites, and create professional looking flyer templates.
PAID VIRTUAL AND VISUAL TOURS
We can create a virtual tour for a nominal fee or Realtor.com has a list of approved virtual tour providers. If you need help our sales and marketing department will be happy to coordinate your virtual tour for a small fee plus the cost of the tour. A fee of $30.00 will be charged to sellers who use a tour company not approved by Realtor.com.
PERSONALIZED PROPERTY WEBSITE
