Upon registering to list your property we will provide a FREE list of comparable properties that are Currently Active, Pending and Sold (within last 6-12 months).

  1. Must be registered and paid for listing prior to creation of report
  2. Must request list by e-mail, this is not automatically generated
  3. List is created based on details of your property, we use a range for all categories:
    • # Bedrooms
    • # Bathrooms (Full and Half)
    • Square Footage
    • Age
    • Elementary School (if a minimum of 3 comparable do not appear this may be removed)
    • Seller can request different parameters if property is unique.  Must be done at time of request.
    • List is in .pdf format

Limited Market Analysis:

This is a comprehensive report utilizing the MLS Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report.

  1. Fee for Registered and Paid Listing Sellers $60.00.  Non-registered sellers $100.00. 
  2. Seller sets search parameters or can choose to allow us to determine parameters based on:
    • # Bedrooms
    • # Bathrooms
    • Square Footage (confirmed with county records if available)
    • Age
    • Elementary School (if a minimum of 3 comparable do not appear this may be removed)
  3. Market Analysis Report:
    • Expanded Listing Details of comparable properties
    • Photos of comparable properties (when available through MLS)
    • Suggested Low, Medium and High price range (does not guarantee this is what home will sell for)
    • Days on market of comparable sold
  4. 1 owner directed revision of parameters and creation of 1 additional report if requested within 10 days
    • Additional requests for reports will receive a 10% discount.
  5. ALL SALES FINAL: Once order is placed and paid for no-refunds will be given.  We cannot guarantee that a suitable number of homes will be found as acceptable comparable to your home.  We make the best possible attempt.  You are paying for our time to generate the report based on your property details.

Broker Price Opinion (BPO):

This service is not yet available in all areas.  Please contact us directly or check back with us.

Broker price Opinions are quite often utilized by banks and lending institutions in Lieu of a formal appraisal.  BROKER PRICE OPINIONS ARE NOT FORMAL APPRAISALS.  THEY ARE AN OPINION OF VALUE.  If you require a formal appraisal please contact a licensed appraiser.

There are 2 types of BPO's available:

  1. Drive By BPO:

    • A local Broker in your area will drive by your property take a photo of the front.
    • Broker will identify 3 best comparable homes for each category (Active, Pending & Sold)
    • Will be completed and sent to Oregonhomesbyowner.com within 4 business days.
    • Listing and BPO fee Must be paid for in advance
    • ALL SALES FINAL: Once order is placed and paid for no-refunds will be given.  We cannot guarantee that a suitable number of homes will be found as acceptable comparable to your home.  We make the best possible attempt.  You are paying for Brokers time to drive by your home and generate the report based on your property details.
    • Fee is based on location could range from $75.00 to $150.00
    • Broker is requested not to solicit your listing.
  2. Interior BPO (where available):

    • Local Broker will contact you to arrange appointment to view home
    • Broker will photograph interior of home and make photo's available to Oregonhomesbyowner.com if satisfactory to seller
    • Broker will identify 3 best comparable homes for each category (Active, Pending & Sold)
    • Will be completed and sent to Oregonhomesbyowner.com within 4 business days.
    • Listing and BPO fee Must be paid for in advance
    • ALL SALES FINAL: Once order is placed and paid for no-refunds will be given.  We cannot guarantee that a suitable number of homes will be found as acceptable comparable to your home.  We make the best possible attempt.  You are paying for Brokers time to drive by your home and generate the report based on your property details.
    • Fee is based on location could range from $100.00 to $250.00
    • Broker is requested not to solicit your listing

***Oregonhomes by owner.com does not offer an exact opinion of value for your property, since we rarely see the properties listed on our website it would be difficult for us to make that determination.  The more advanced reports we provide will give you a range based on recent sales activity for your area.
